Compilation rules
RULES FOR THE PREPARATION OF CONFERENCE MATERIALS
In articles, the relevance of the research problem must be justified, the results of the scientific research conducted by the author must be reflected, and concrete proposals regarding the application of the obtained results must be presented. In the selection of articles, creativity, scientific novelty, and well-founded ideas are given priority.
Requirements for article formatting
Articles are accepted in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages. Articles intended for publication in international scientific journals must be submitted only in English.
Articles must be based on empirical or theoretical research methods, cover relevant scientific problems, and must not have been previously published.
It is possible to recommend scientifically and methodologically highly valued articles for publication in internationally indexed (SCOPUS, Web of Science, etc.) journals.
Articles must be prepared in '.doc' or '.docx' format, and page settings must be adjusted as follows: left – 2.5 cm, right – 1.5 cm, top and bottom – 2.0 cm.
The volume of the article (excluding appendices) must be between 8–15 pages and must include the following structural elements:
abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review / theoretical framework, methodology, results, discussion and recommendations, references
An abstract must be included in the article. For articles written in Azerbaijani, the abstract must be provided in English; for articles written in English and Russian, the abstract must be provided in Azerbaijani.
When only an abstract is submitted to the conference, it must include the title of the topic, the author's name and surname, affiliation, abstract text, and keywords. The abstract length must be between 250–500 words.
Title of the article or thesis
The title of the article or thesis must be short, clear, and informative, consisting of a maximum of 10–12 words.
Under the title, the author's (or authors') name and surname, affiliation, ORCID identifier, and corporate email address must be indicated.
The abstract (summary) of the article must be 150–250 words in length.
The main text of the article must be presented in paragraphs.
Tables, figures, and graphs must be numbered, and their titles must be short and informative. Each visual element must be appropriately referenced within the text (e.g., 'Table 1', 'Figure 2').
References and bibliography
References and bibliography in the article must be prepared in accordance with APA (7th edition) standards.
In-text citations are indicated with the author's surname and year of publication (Author, year).
All references must be fully listed in the bibliography.
Sources not cited in the text must not be included in the bibliography.
The bibliography must be arranged in alphabetical order.

All submitted articles and theses are subjected to plagiarism checking. Articles with a similarity rate exceeding 15% or those found to violate academic ethics are not accepted.
